Melissa is a gem! She landed high profile partnerships like Blackpink, Taylor Swift, mxmtoon and continually helped the company capitalize on a pipeline of great opportunities. I was repeatedly impressed by her ability to not only set a strategic vision for partnerships but also take it to the finish line by gaining buy-in with key stakeholders, executing complex cross-functional campaigns, and then hunting down data to deliver insightful reports.

While she drove projects forward with urgency, she was also diplomatic and invested the time to make sure other teams could weigh in so the work could have the best results. I wish you luck hiring Melissa Myers because I intend to recruit her to my team wherever I go. She was an invaluable asset at Conduit, working on events, the website, social media and everything else we threw at her (usually with unreasonable deadlines). Despite the fact that Conduit was her first job out of college, she jumped in like a seasoned professional. She learns fast, is highly adaptable, and absolutely never complains.
